Wellbeing Support for Individuals and Teams - PLT Topic Suggestions

Protected Learning Time (PLT) is an opportunity for general practice teams (GPs, practice nurses, healthcare assistants, admin/reception staff and allied health professionals) to address their learning and professional development needs, improve team working and the quality of care provided to patients.

Practices in NCL can apply to take part in up to six PLT sessions per year for 2025-26 and have been provided with a list of core and suggested topics to choose from for their sessions.

Wellbeing Support for Individuals and Teams is a suggested topic and below teams will find a breakdown of suggested areas to focus on within this area and any existing resources to support these conversations.

Further information on the full list of core/suggested topics and how to apply for PLT can be found on the NCL Training Hub PLT Webpage and NCL GP website.
