This chapter aims to dispel common misconceptions about the supervisor's role, build confidence, and support teams to work together effectively.

It will also share learning approaches to help supervisors and supervisees adopt collaborative ways of learning and working.

  • Tools to help individuals reflect on what kind of supervisor they might be 

  • Benefits and challenges that come with interprofessional supervision 

  • Use of different learning styles and approaches to support collaborative learning and working.
