Sign The Pledge As An Individual
The Diversity Matters in NHS Primary Care - Campaign Pledge can be signed by individuals who want to demonstrate a commitment to their colleagues and patients with protected characteristics(age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation) and support creating an inclusive environment free from any racist and discriminatory behaviours.
After signing up you will receive access to the Diversity Matters in NHS Primary Care - Campaign Toolkit and campaign badge for individuals, which includes a variety of resources to support you in becoming a Diversity Matters in NHS Primary Care advocate.
