This 90-minute workshop is suitable for anyone working in health or social care across North Central London who is seeking to create a positive and open culture where staff feel safe to raise concerns, and learning replaces blame.

Workshop Objectives:

• Understand what is meant by a ‘Restorative Just Culture’.

• Identify key benefits of restorative culture in restoring trust and achieving accountability.

• Consider potential barriers for staff to speaking up safely.

• Practice two key skills to support a restorative response to difficult situations.
